Receptionist on check in was not friendly and did not explain where breakfast was held, breakfast times, if I wanted dinner reservations etc. It was all robotic - sign here and basically give me your payment. So as a first impression from a long journey not great.
Room had suitable amenities.
Kettle, biscuits, hairdrier.
Shower very powerful.
Bed comfy.
Breakfast good selection. Staff friendly and efficient in the breakfast area.
Hotel clean.
