Staff were lovely. Some spoke English

The hotel is very close to the airport (10min taxi ride at the most) and the rooms were very nice. Good beds, very soft pillows and amazing duvets. The amenities were lacking when we were there, as the pool has yet to open (opens on June 1st, we were there end of May) and there is no included food at all. You do get a 20% discount on the dinner buffet the first time you use it though.

Staff are amazing as they were helpful in every way. Language barrier was not a problem at all. Room was cleaned spotless all the time. Breakfast was the best inclusion choice I ever made. Everything was delicious with lots of choices and kind staff. I will stay here again next time.

Here’s a polished version of your review: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. We are very grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate us.

Good staff, nice campus

I have stayed in numerous hotels as I have traveled the world. Your hotel was more special for me as your staff that work at the concierge area, were more than employees they became my friends. Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you.

Right in front of Namsan Tower, Myeongdong market, and a subway station. There are a lot of shopping buildings as well as restaurants in walkable distance. The door lock died on my last day and I missed my flight due to that.
