Santa Rosa Island Beach Holidays

We had reserved a Gulf view room, and while the view was indeed exceptional, the overall condition of the room was unsatisfactory. The cleanliness and functionality of the accommodations presented significant issues. On the final evening of our three-night stay, we observed a large cockroach in close proximity to one of the beds. We contacted the front desk on two separate occasions to request its removal, as it was located on the wall near the ceiling. Additionally, the sink did not drain properly, and the bathroom door was inoperable. Although staff members entered the room in our absence and claimed to have resolved these issues, the problems persisted. Subsequently, I was present when the staff returned to address these concerns once more. We WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was clean and close to the beach and many activities included. We did have issues though, door in restroom was a struggle to close and shower water was either burning hot or icy cold.

Condo was great, perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Didn’t get into our car again until we’re packing you on to leave. They have everyone you need to do. We really enjoyed this place
