(1,016 reviews) This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid… the check in was very simple I did find out during this time the room I originally booked wasn’t available but they upgraded me to a bigger one automatically, the breakfast was great even for someone like me who is fussy with food with the amount of choice I didn’t struggle, the location was perfect personally it was right near Terminal 21 shopping mall which was great and also near enough to their train stations, the staff were most courteous and friendly from the check in to the maids, door staff e everyone was great. (1,004 reviews) Pros - The staffs are professional in the check in/out lobby and through out the hotel. Cons - The Hotel room we stayed in is old, a lot of worn out stuff in the room and it's not worth the price we paid for. There are better hotels within this price range and this hotel is a part of other store/vendors within the building. It's a high class hotel so make sure you dress accordingly or they will deny entry to the 64th floor food/bar. When we arrived on 64th floor we were taken to a smaller bar and taken to a chair/space before showing us around-(do some research before you come here or you'll feel like you got scam).
