Checkout was also smooth and we continued to have building and luggage access throughout the day we checked out. Things went downhill from there. Room was not ready when we arrived, cleaner was still cleaning and asked us to come back in 30 min. Room was not clean enough after he was done. Air vents, a personal pet peeve of mine, haven’t been cleaned in a very long time.
