Piscine vraiment petite et peu utilisable. Peu d’espace commun disponible, notamment terrasse en rénovation. Isolation des chambres, nous entendons les voisins et les bruits sur la terrasse rénovation. . L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle très cachée, malheureusement la ruelle n’est pas nettoyée énormément de vidange et peu éclairée. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. At one point we realized we had forgotten a lightning cable and I asked if they had an extra. They said they would check and bring it to the room. It took a long time — but they came with a brand new one. They had gone out to buy a brand new one. The riad is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. "This is a great riad, and possibly the best place to stay in Safi. Ask a local how to find it, initially; they all know the place and it is hard to find if you don't know. It is fairly simple, but comfortable, quiet, clean, traditional and cosy. We were not given the room we booked, and had two singles instead of a double, hence the 4/5 stars, but otherwise we enjoyed a delightful stay here. "
