The boutique-yet-full-service hotel is elegant and beautiful, with great taste everywhere and amazing ocean views. Bailey greeted us when we arrived and was the primary person we saw during our stay. She was lovely and so helpful. I could have fainted when she offered to have our super heavy luggage taken up 3 flights of stairs for us! We were upgraded free of charge to a larger room that had its own private deck. The room was beautiful - gorgeous furnishings and so clean and comfortable. "Small room, no coffee in room. Parking fine, additional cost. Had showers available when room no longer was which was good, doors have traditional keys and didn’t seem very secure. Overall good vibe and fantastic staff just not quite at value for the cost of almost $900 a night"
"The hotel was convenient to the ferry and the event that we attended. The gardens were amazing. We arrived prior to check in time and they were willing to store our bags however the person at the desk checked and we were able to check in earlier. The complimentary coffee water and snacks in the office were great . Would definitely recommend to others."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Mansion House Inn & Spa. This was our first trip to MV, and we didn't really know where we should stay, but we are so happy we ended up staying in Vineyard Haven, and specifically at Mansion House. The Inn is so beautifully decorated, the location is super convenient, and I honestly don't think I have ever stayed at a place that is so clean. Everything is pristine - including the stairwells!
