"LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun."
"Shower had mold, bathroom floor hair. Room smelt musty. Worst of all and we didn’t realize and until we got back from the boardwalk at night. Settling down for bed. Our whole room was loud and vibrating. I got went outside, on our wall with bed was 4 or 6 look to be some type of generator or compressor. I don’t really know. Barely got any sleep. Couldn’t wait to get home. The Lady who check us in was wonderful. Pool area clean. Room not worth almost $300 for 1 night"
