This is right in the heart of Toronto and within walking distance of Lake Ontario. It was a lot of fun to see the area and take in the local culture! Underground parking was a plus as well!

You get what you pay for. This is not a 5 star property but it was 1/5 of the cost of a hotel for a family of 5 in Downtown Toronto.
This is equivalent to an air bnb. Check in is done via email and over the phone. I checked out on Sunday morning and received my deposit back exactly 7 days later via PayPal with no hassle.
The unit was not the one in the picture and had been flooded in the past and never repaired. The floor was damaged and the baseboards were swelling.
The bed sheets were clean and the A/C worked

Beautiful hotel, prestige service, personable staff making stay smooth and welcoming. Included a welcome tea, tour and information about the room. Would come back - only 23 rooms at this hotel for now, so service was very quick and professional.

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.
