A beautiful hotel in an awesome location. The valet is incredibly convenient as driving downtown Toronto is a nightmare. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy and room clean. My only neg is that the shower situation is bad for a hotel this fancy, no door, flimsy & difficult shower curtain. Water pressure was great though. We didn't eat at the restaurant on the main floor but it did look delightful and we did get coffee from the bar that was good and reasonably priced.

To be honest we arrived late due to a missed flight and left about four hours later.
The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to the airport with shuttle service.
Exactly what we needed.
Price was very fair for a last minute booking. We were able to get adjoining rooms at check-in when they realized we were travelling as a family. Thank you!

Not really a hotel. No address posted outside. Driver could not find the location. Not very clean. There were stains on the towels. Would be of stayed somewhere else had I known.

Extremely clean, friendly staff. Room was large. Not like most hotels where you can’t move around the beds, there was lots of space. Bathroom was clean and nice size
