Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from the great location to the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff.

The location was very close to the Main Street, shops, restaurants and public transport. Room was very clean. Breakfast is very simple.

I am writing to complain about our hotel stay booked through Expedia. On the first day, while my wife, baby, and I were having breakfast, our room door became locked, leaving my baby's formula and food inaccessible. It took almost three hours for the hotel staff to resolve the issue, causing significant stress and anxiety, particularly as we could not access our baby's essential food supplies. The incident also disrupted my business meetings, resulting in cancellations and rescheduling that affected my schedule for the rest of the week. Although the hotel eventually opened the door, moved us to another room, and offered some amenities, these gestures did not compensate for the distress and disruption we experienced. When I requested a refund or reimbursement, the hotel manager responded, "I cannot provide reimbursement; you can leave!" I found this response extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I believe the hotel failed to respond with the urgency and care expected, especially when a baby was involved. The manager's attitude further worsened an already unacceptable experience. I am requesting Expedia's assistance in investigating this matter and obtaining a fair refund or appropriate financial compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and disruption caused. I hope Expedia takes this complaint seriously and helps facilitate a reasonable resolution.

I wish we could have stayed here longer. It was a beautiful hotel. Huge spacious rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds. Everything we needed to feel at home. Just a three min walk from the subway. The staff went above and beyond. Very helpful and accommodating. We hope to return some day

Breakfast was amazing, simple yet gourmet. Ideal location, close by convenience store, 24 hour restaurant and subway station. Got the suite and it was a perfect space for our stay. The staff too were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back!
