Friendly staff, feels more like a Club resort than a top end hotel. Clearly serves the conference crowd over luxury clientele. Wallpaper peeling in the room, inconsistent housekeeper service (I called 3 times about the turndown service)

Had my 2 kids with me 7 and 3 year olds. Staff and people friendly. Pool is warmed and useful for teaching them to swim. Only 3ft - 4.5 ft deep.
