I loved staying here. It was spacious and the staff were great. It’s also right next to Kokusai Dori street so everything is in walking distance. I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough.

A great place to stay in Naha. Close to many city features

Modern and cool looking museum. Easy check-in and check-out process. Bed and pillow wasn't the comfiest but no other complaints.

While the property is pleasant, I feel that the price does not fully reflect the value offered. For instance, the minibar is not complimentary, especially the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. Providing a one-time complimentary minibar would be a thoughtful gesture to make travelers feel more valued.

We had an unforgettable stay at Halekulani Okinawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest smiles and genuine kindness — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room had a breathtaking ocean view that we enjoyed every morning and evening — it felt like a postcard come to life. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding: immaculate pools, beautiful landscaping, and an overall sense of calm and elegance. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the team here made it effortless. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help with a kind word or thoughtful gesture. We felt cared for in every interaction. In short, Halekulani Okinawa combines stunning views, exceptional service, and world-class facilities into a perfect family getaway. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for families seeking both luxury and heartfelt hospitality.

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

Hospitality was very good, outside the entrance was shopping area and so many restaurants! Great location! Breakfast buffet was nice. Fire works every Saturday. We’ll be back!

Very close to the monorail and about a 20 minute walk from the Naha shopping market that holds alot of the activities I interacted with.
