disappointed in this hotel which I booked based on its high reviews. We'd been traveling through Italy for a week by the time we got to Genoa. First of all, after getting the ticket to enter the parking lot there was one of those bracelet friendship scammer who wouldn't leave us alone until I gave him money even though I knew what he was up to. The hotel should do something about them being in their lot. The inside of the hotel was disappointing. It smelled really bad upon getting off the elevator, the carpet was stained and run down. The room was similar, tub was not draining and we had to shower in a puddle. One of the outlets didn't work.
Overall not as all as it looked on the photos. This was just a stop to sleep and it was disappointing. Staff was friendly at least.

This clean, mountain top property offered a cool respite from the Lerici crowd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you feel right at home. Excellent breakfasts get your day going. I’d recommend the hotel for travelers on a budget who get a very nice place to boot.
