rooms were very nice and clean. elevators very slow.

Beautiful historic hotel! Loved the live music in the lobby. I was there in a traditional room sith 2 double beds, and then i upgraded to a suite. Both were nice rooms, but i LOVE a good suite! Personnel at the hotel were kind and helpful. Have a cocktail and a brownie in the lobby- you won't regret it!

For a four star hotel in chicago it is very pricy only good for location as the amenities and extras are what you gt in a 3 star hotel outside of the city. The carpet is dated and dusty, the bathroom was clean and more modern than expected, but it is not as expected.

Great place to stay in downtown Chicago.

Everything we need for 3 night was in our apartment and the location was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a facial at the spa and it was wonderful! I had dinner in the restaurant and was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely go back when I am in that area!

At check in I was told they had a room ready then while Processing my credit card supposedly the room was taken by another agent! We were given an assessable room in the second floor!! I wasn’t pleased. We were caught for time to get to the Coldplay concert so we took what they gave us. For $600/night not hat I expected
