The Sorrento needs an update and the hotel needs to figure out how to better balance amenities for family versus party crowd.

Room was dirty, trash on floor, hair in the shower and on the bed. Building is old. Overpriced items, such as a coconut being $20. Beautiful beach and poolside - but doesn't live up to the cost or to a luxury feel.

Fun hotel! Great decor, had a great mix of art deco and fun concepts that tied in. Room was nice size, clean, comfortable bed. Restaurant was very good. Location is great, right by the park and the beach, but still quiet at night.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the nice access to the pool. Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view. Loved this place!

We stayed here during Miami Music Week. A great hotel, lovely pool area, and beach. Beds were very comfortable. I wish we had time to stay longer! The only thing that was confusing was the bike rental - which we somehow first understood that can be also park somewhere in the South Beach as part of the larger bike rental system (like CityBike). Turned out it was certainly not, and the bikes have to be returned back to the Nobu hotel.

Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount.

Great breakfast options (eggs, potatoes, cereal, bacon, toast). Great view from roof top pool.

Something is going on at Eden Roc, I've stayed here, as has my partner, several times, this time the stay was overpriced, the team on site just couldn't be bothered (all of them), Front of House at Check in was great, but from Derek onwards it went downhill quick, Valet was so bad they refunded us the charges, the restaurants closed early every night of our stay, everything was insanely expenses and not of the level it felt worth it. The suite however was stunning, the view, beautiful, the gym is more than serviceable, just needs a huge uplift in staff attitude.
