The hotel feels very old and outdated. I really liked the beach access and the location, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. One of the staff members was not welcoming at all, and the way he spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel has potential because of its beach access, but the property needs updating and the staff should be more professional and welcoming

The outdoor facilities are spa are 5 star hotel but not the bedroom which can pass for 4+.
Breakfast very rich and quality. dinner at buffet restaurant is wonderful and delicious food choices. Good selection of wine at the buffet restaurant.

I noticed several restaurants and the club that was shut down...it would have been nice to see these places too. Overall though we enjoyed the Hotel very beautiful.

"Location is great, Food was good, room was clean and modern, Breakfast was ok but would be better if they had hash browns, staff very quick to clear the tables, i got up to get a coffee and when i returned my breakfast was gone, so maybe a little too fast."
