The staff was very nice and helpful when they didn't have a single room available they upgraded me to a suite! I can't exactly remember the front desk ladies name I think it was Lashanda but I can't fully recall.
The cleaning staff didn't come and clean my room everyday, 2 days out of my stay my beds were made but no trash was taken out. Outside there were homeless people peeing on the side of the building as you walk in the front door.

No restaurant veryminimal selection of food prepared off-site not fresh. Same menu lunch and dinner. Poor showing for the room price. I found food across the parking lot. I guess Hilton happy to save trouble and expense. So much for hospitality.

Everything is great. The room is bice and clean. I feel safe with the area. What i didnt like about it is they dont have complimentary water in the room.
