"Staff was not available on arrival at 7:35 pm had to call the number on the wall for an attendant. The attendant took over 15 min to arrive and check us in. Room was in sub-par condition and hallways smelt like marijuana all through the property "

"The floor in our room was sticky and we could wipe dirt off of it. The fridge in our room was broken. We asked hotel staff if they could fix it or get us a new one. They said they would see what they could do and never did anything. This was frustrating as our son has special food that needs to be refrigerated."

"Staff was great but the hotel needs updating. And my room was not very clean. The breakfast was not great, I almost just went down the road to get breakfast elsewhere. I have stayed in many La Quintas and they have mostly been great but this particular one was not."

"Wow! I've stayed at a lot of casinos, and this one ranks toward, if not at, the very top. Staff was great, room was clean with thoughtful touches, refrigerator was good size, and the Cherokee art on the walls was fantastic. Had dinner at the Rt 66 Diner, huge portions for an affordable price. I look forward to staying here again."
