Well appointed rooms, clean and spacious. Nice view from the balcony. The oly downside was a slightly convoluted way to get around from the villa. Breakfast was plentiful, with all imaginable options and delicious, with nice view.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Astoria Budva. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town and steps from the beach. Our room was small but comfortable and well equipped, including bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely outdoor setting just outside the city walls. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. There are two things future guests should be aware of. First, there is no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor (second floor above reception), which may be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy suitcases. Second, the parking situation was confusing. The hotel advertises parking, and before arrival I emailed the hotel and received detailed instructions for a parking location outside the city walls. However, when we arrived, it was simply a public parking lot where attendants had no knowledge of any hotel arrangement. At check-in, we were told the hotel does not have its own parking and that the nearest garage is about a 10-minute walk away. Despite these inconveniences, the great location, good breakfast, beach access, and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again, but I recommend guests plan ahead for parking and be prepared for the stairs.
