It was a big disappointment. We’ve stayed at many Westin hotels for work and vacation and this location was not up to parr. The hotel itself just looks worn and beat up inside. The bed which is normally great was terrible. I woke up with a sore hip. The pillows Not Heavenly

7.8/10 Good! (1,007 reviews)
We had to change rooms because the first room we were given stunk of stale cigarette smell. Luckily, there was another room available so they were able to give us a new room. I feel the cleaners should have reported the room as smelling of cigarettes and taken the room offline to remediate.
Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some renovation. Compared to other 3 star hotels, it's definitely falling behind.
