Very spacious hotel with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. Our AC was not working in the room, but it was promptly resolved whilst we were out, after we mentioned it to reception.
Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Auge bar on the 19th floor is worth a visit!

A fairly good location in old town Porto, but the hotel needs some TLC. The signage on the outside was covered up with blue plastic bags!! - a wonder we found the place. Carpets on the stairs were very stained and old. Our room had tiny ants running around. On the flip side, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The little breakfast in the morning was pretty good and adequate.
