The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕

The pool and hot tub were nice, the room was a great size and the bathroom was big and clean with plenty of amenities, love the eucalyptus scents used. Comfy beds and pillows. If you wanted a break from the AC you could safely open the top window to the inn the breeze and the sounds of the city below you. The view of the Bospherus is amazing!
