This is one of the nicest places to stay. I like the alpine theme of the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt completely at home here.

The parking is very tight but available. We had to ask for basics, items in the room such as glasses were not replaced when used.
We had an issue accessing the wifi and it took days before a staff member was working who knew how to access it. Then it worked fine.

Mostly ok. I did not have breakfast at hotel. Could not comment.
Maid is early in the morning and loud in the corridor.
Overall i would stay again.
