We stayed in June 2026 and we learned that new ownership / management had just opened the month prior following a renovation / spruce up. Having had the privilege to stay in some nice hotels over the years, this one stands out as my all-time favorite. The grounds are stunning and large amidst a rather dense resort town. Proximity to center of Forte was great — we typically walked (15 mins), but we did use the on demand shuttle service which never took more than 5 minutes from when we called. You can tell every last element of the hotel’s decor and design was carefully curated with a nostalgic nod to Italian design and culture - the result is understated 5-star elegance. We stayed in a deluxe room which was beautiful, impeccably clean, and spacious. Bathroom was stunning, large and functional (great water pressure). Bed was A+. Large balcony. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was beautifully set amongst the landscape and equipped with ample comfortable loungers lined with lush towels. The bar / restaurant next to the pool served tasty drinks and food. In addition to the staff’s warmth and kindness, they all took pride in their work. It was our first trip abroad with our 6 month old, and we notified the hotel just before arriving that we would need a crib — we arrived to the room and a beautiful, photoshoot worth crib awaited. The staff was so accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed for our baby. Already figuring out when we can come back.

Friendly staff and clean hotel

Beautiful, modern hotel with a large outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and spa - and lovely rooftop bar/ restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and just about everyone, from front desk to bars and restaurants, speaks English.

Wonderful , exceptional , nothing is a problem. food is awesome breakfast linch dinner . advice for local restaurants, staff are the friendliest smiliest and most helpful of any boutique hotel i we have visited in the world . impossible not to feel at home away from home . the beaches club is divine with beautiful food and cabanas. Stunning grounds and hotel. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. We had a toddler and staff were understanding and gracious. Improvements: I have long legs and it’s hard to shave in a narrow shower without a step. I put the trash can in the shower to improvise and avoid cutting myself or having conditioner run into my eyes. Also, the beach lanai charges even guests exorbitantly and requires a “tent” rental just to enjoy the pool with a child friendly shallow and quick dip in Mediterranean.

Terribile. Esperienza da incubo, ci hanno rovinato la serata. Arriviamo alle 18:00 per il check-in e non c’è nessuno. Nessun messaggio, nessuna email, nessun preavviso con il codice di accesso. Nulla. Siamo costrette a chiamare un numero, restando fuori con tutte le valigie, mentre una persona al telefono ci chiede i documenti prima ancora di darci il codice. Situazione già assurda. Entriamo finalmente in stanza e la televisione non funziona. Zero canali, completamente inutilizzabile. Richiamiamo il numero del check-in e la signorina ci passa un altro numero, dicendo che “ci avrebbero aiutato loro”. Chiamiamo e risponde una persona estremamente scortese e cafona, che invece di scusarsi per il disagio esordisce con: “Innanzitutto chi vi ha dato questo numero? Io non sono nel mio orario lavorativo, prenderò provvedimenti” e subito dopo: “Io non sono un tecnico della televisione”. Nessuna scusa. Nessuna disponibilità. Trattate come se i loro problemi aziendali fossero colpa nostra. A quel punto chiedo il rimborso per poter andare in un’altra struttura. Mi viene risposto che “non hanno potere decisionale” e che la manager mi avrebbe contattata il giorno dopo. Mai sentiti. Spariti. Zero professionalità, zero assistenza, zero rispetto per il cliente. State lontani mille miglia.
