For both nights, we were woken up by the noise at around 1-3am. Also, I called for refill on my body soap but no one never came. The fact that I was rushed off the phone too was irritating.

We spent a very enjoyable week in this great all inclusive adult only resort. The site is enjoyable including the main pools, the surrounding lazy rivers the restaurants, bars, and white sand beach with a lot water sport activities. We loved the visit at Chechen Iza and Isla Mujeres. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, dedicated in their various tasks and dependable.
I would advise the resort management the following two things for consideration:
1. Consider including on-site night club(s) to provide that kind of experience to guests. The silent music show and the DJ parties are great but a night club experience would add even more pleasurable experience.
2. Mosquitoes around the pools can be quite annoying in the late afternoon/early evening. The resort may consider installing commercial size mosquito buzzers can are very effective in dealing with mosquitoes.
The above suggestions don’t by no means reduce the high quality of all the services provided, which I highly recommend. I will deficit one back.
