8.8/10 Excellent! (1,005 reviews)
Location OK, although a long walk to the old town.
Hotel is very modern and ‘open plan’.
However, the pool was too small for the area it was in and for the amount of people it was trying to accommodate, (compared to how it looked on the Hotel’s.com website). Also, they wanted an extra 20 euro a day to use the spa / sauna, which is not mentioned on the Hotels.com website.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,005 reviews)
Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night.
We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms.
Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout.
We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room.
The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge.
The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns.
Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff.
