The room was very nice and clean.
Daily maid service did not replace used glasses and towels. no microwave and no menus for room service or ordering outside. Coffee bar opened too late in the morning. No true directory for on site food if it existed.

Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life.

"Wonderful hotel in the cutest little area. Felt it was a great place to stay while exploring the city of Pittsburgh. Staff was always attentive and friendly. We love the studio room it was more than spacious enough for 3 people to stay comfortably. Would definitely stay again."
