All of the younger hotel staff were very helpful, always with big smiles and eager to help. A couple of the older staff seemed inconvenienced by our requests. The bar staff were awesome! There was a younger man who helped charge my cell for a quick boost. But I was slightly put off by a man who told me “yes, so know; but it’s functioning” when I told him one of two elevators lighting was out. I apologies, no gentle reply for the inconvenience. Instead I was made to feel like a complaining guest…a nuisance. I had no way of knowing he already knew as it worked when we first checked in. I thought I was giving him a head’s up. So we rode up and down in the dark for 3 days! Then when my tub filled up while showering, I didn’t dare to comment on that! Warning: shower is a tub combo with big step over and king bed is small…probably more like a queen!

"L’hôtel est bien situé. Le stationnement est à proximité, à environ 4-5 minutes de marche. Les moins: les tapis ont l’air usés, la climatisation n’est pas top et on se serait attendu à de vrais verres ds la chambre plutôt qu’à des gobelets en carton ainsi qu’à de la crème pour le corps."
