There was stains on the sheets and some dried food on the ground from a past guest. The carpets didn’t look great. Check in screens weren’t working so the pre check in process didn’t really mean much. On the way out, I asked to go to the lounge to get some water for my son, it was closed but it was just water for a kid, the front desk said I can’t go to the lounge but directed me to the vending machine.
