Room was clean, everything as described. Having laundry was great. Staff is not present when you arrive but, you’re set up well with all your entry info upon your arrival. I will definitely be staying here again!

Modern, well appointed and very comfortable place in a perfect Old Port location. Our only complaint was the insomniac walking the floor above incessantly. We would recommend the addition of area rugs and perhaps some sound insulation panels on the ceilings. Otherwise, this place truly was perfect.

This is a beautiful hotel close to everything in Old Montreal. Staff was exceptional, restaurants were excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Oh yes, it was very quiet at night!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were charged for bar bill that we didn't do. The signature on the receipt wasn't ours, and the last name was completely different. After discussing this with the hotel staff, they acknowledged it was a mistake. However, two days after we checked out, they still charged my card for that erroneous amount. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with unauthorized charges, especially when the hotel admits it was an error. I would recommend being very cautious if you decide to stay here.

The young man Max at the bar was the best. Everyone on the staff was kind and appreciative of our patronage. Staff behind the service counter were attentive and helpful. Valet service was professional and affordable, with safe parking underneath the hotel.
The whole hotel is beautiful, and I would highly recommend! And I didn’t get paid to write this either! I would definitely stay again and again.

Property seemed newly renovated, modern upgrades and regular quiet housekeeping. Only slight downside is slight noise can be heard from highway nearby hence I suppose earplugs in the drawers.
