This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It felt like a tropical oasis but was only a block over from Duval. Wine tasting room was great and the hotel cat, Lucy, was the sweetest! Breakfast each morning was amazing! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

The resort is in an ideal location on Duval Street and the staff is top notch from top to bottom, whether it's the grounds keepers, the cleaning crew or the bartenders, they are all so pleasant, helpful, and make you feel like they are there just for you. The pools are a good time all day long with music, live entertainment, and an on-site bar and the walkability can't be beat. The rooms are clean and there are always plenty of towels. If I were to make any improvements to the property I'd put coffee machines in the rooms that give you the option to brew expresso or a regular cup of coffee. As there are numerous coffee shops just steps away, being limited to just expresso in your room is not an issue for me personally, but having the choice would be a nice to have. The air-conditioners work very well, but can be a bit noisy, but again, not a reason to not have the best stay possible. Newer smart tvs that would allow you to log into your Hulu, Netflix, etc. accounts would be a nice perk as well. The nice to haves aside, I would recommend this property to anyone. It's 5-stars in my opinion.

I have spent several trips at property and it is a hidden gem amongst a commercial and mobile home neighborhood. They provide a shuttle into city that works for clients seeking dinner, offshore daily trips etc. Pools are nicely built each on backside of building, quiet, comfortable and surrounding a beautiful marina. There is a nice walkway along ocean on east side. The only issue I dealt with this time was condition of my room. 1st floor unit overlooking middle pool and marina. The carpet had a 6”x 6” wear hole, the window curtains were stained in several areas and bathroom plumbing was a challenge. Place seems, since my first visit, to be in need of upgrade and maintenance. Great staff all around, keep eye on tips for eatery it includes 18%? I usually leave 20% or more?
