Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!

This hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, which is a great perk. However, the pool area is quite crowded with chairs that are way too close together, leaving no privacy at all.
Our first room was a major letdown. It was extremely musty and moldy, and the bedsheets were practically drenched in the humidity. Thankfully, the staff was kind and moved us to another room. While it was still a bit musty, it was significantly better than the first room.
