Was perfect location and great staff

Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

Staff were amazing Everything you wanted they provided Dinner was amazing and delicious Rooms completely redone and bathroom was spacious and newly renovated Gorgeous grounds !!!

Breakfast was great. Front desk / lounge staff were great. Room had massive spiders and was smaller than expected.

Friendly staff, very enjoyable stay and a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning. If your off the ferry and need a place, 100% recommend this hotel!
