Excellent service from our butlers, especially Danny, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entertainment team was amazing, and Edwin from recreation was excellent as well—always friendly, energetic, and engaging. The cleaning staff and everyone throughout the resort were exceptional, always ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Best thing about the hotel was the Rooms Very spacious Very comfortable bed Very clean. The Food was great but because of the humidity some foods were not cold enough like the cheeses and ice cream The pools were great specially having a bar there to keep hydrated whenever you need a drink

The entire staff at resort was incredibly helpful and made us feel like a priority. We did book a room with 2 double beds and it’s why we booked master but that was not a choice when we got here . Food, drinks, all exceptional. We will be back!

Todo muy bueno comida rica y habitación cómoda. Solo necesita más entrenamiento,animación y actividades dinámicas buenas y con ganas ya que en ese sentido estuvo muy sencillo y básico el entrenamiento para las familias y huéspedes.

My boyfriend and I went on vacation here for 6 days. The staff treated us wonderfully. Winston was out butler when we rented our pool cabana and was such great energy, very attentive, and treated us very well! I was hesitant to book this place because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and during our stay, that we did not experience anything all of these bad reviews are saying. We were greeted with a delicious cocktail upon arriving. Checkin was very welcoming and seamless. They had our bags to our room about 15 minutes after we checked in. The rooms were clean, up to date, spacious, beautiful property, the food was about a 7/10 from the buffet, but I give all of the restaurants on the resort a 9.5/10. The lady working the omelet station in the morning was so sweet, and we found the omelet were the best item out of breakfast. The pool was great, I highly recommend renting a private cabana with a private pool near the swim up bar for the whole day was only $160. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back!

Very high end place. Some of the restaurants only open towards end of week so I missed out on that. Food great. Bread could be softer but was tasty either way

The concept of Casa de Campo as a community is amazing. Beautiful architecture, landscapes, and natural enclaves.
