Worst hotel in punta cana needs a new administration. It says all inclusive but it is not you have to pay for room service they would charge you to use pool side cabana’s by the pool. Everything is a charge.

FOOD POISONING!! My son and I during our last dinner ! We went to the resort medical clinic and we’re told to stay in bed, but since it was our last day hotel management told us the “needed the room” and that we had to leave and that they would send us to a different hotel. Doubled over and constantly vomiting, we were forced to pack and leave. All due to bad meat at the Toro Restaurant.

Originally had booked a basic room; however, after numerous reviews on social media, upgraded to the Diamond club. In doing so, we were treated a lot better. The room was always cleaned and the building itself was always clean.
