Unfortunately we were originally located next to a private residence which had ongoing building work which was quite disruptive, but the management team were great and they managed to move us to another villa away from the noise. They also compensated us generously for the inconvenience and delay in moving us, which we very much appreciated. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around.
