I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.
