The property is overrated. Not so good food and the property is like halveli and Mahal. No outside view

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However, the restaurant food was great and the breakfast buffet was varied. Our room was big, spacious, really clean and attended to every day. If you're looking for a base while you spend a couple of days exploring Jaipur and aren't too worried about aesthetics of the hotel then the Shakun hotel, for the price, is worth it.
