In a nutshell, the resort is overpriced. The staff, especially at the reception desk, still have a lot to learn about customer service. We spent an hour waiting to check in without any explanation or apology. The restaurants are crowded, and not all of them are worth the high prices. On the positive side, the pools are nice and the beach is great. The Jazz Club is amazing, with highly professional bands and a fabulous atmosphere.

Amazing onsite restaurant options! Friendly staff. Such a laid back vibe for our family. The pool had 2 water slides that was all the kids really needed! A really great alternative to a large resort to experience the Bahamas in a relaxing environment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) loved it!

I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!

I checked out in the first few hours and although I was told I would only be charged for one night, I was charged for all the days I was gone and even resort fees for the unused days. The resort will not respond to multiple requests from Expedia still regarding the extra days charges.
