Everything was excellent except for the food. I can't believe that in a Mangu you feel the chunks. No many options in the buffet. Customer service ✅️ Cleanness✅️ Room ✅️

Excellent staff—very professional, friendly, and helpful\. The stunning beach was a highlight, and the food was really good\. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and stores, with good nightlife nearby, and it feels very secure\. Overall, we had a good experience\. The only downsides were that the hotel could use some updating, not all rooms have Smart TVs, and the shower water pressure was very low\ but very clean, definitely 100% recommended

We traveled with a group of 10 people and had a great time. I highly recommend the swim out rooms so you also have a place to hang after being by the big pool or beach. The resort was able to accommodate us and get us into the same building, but not all next to each other. Dinner reservations were always ready before we arrived. The food was fine for a resort. The swim-up bar was the main spot we hung out. The beaches are beautiful and they were even clearing out the seaweed in front of the resort. Lots of activities. I would suggest a 4-night minimum to add on an excursion to explore off the resort as well. It is nice that Ambar is adults only, but we had access to all of the others within walking or tram distance. Had a fun time at the casino. It was smaller and didn't get much action until after 10 pm. Surprisingly not super busy and crowded for July.

The resort was nice and clean. But kind of old. The rooms need maintenance the shower was broken, as the jacuzzi handles as well. The food was not good in my opinion and they serve the same thing in all places.
