Grounds and hotel were beautiful. Had major issues with the room. Staff was nice, however no urgency for important matters.

I liked a lot of the activities and things to do at the resort the food was amazing in the restaurants my only concern was that there wasn’t much Spanish food and music playing any where such as the pool areas or lobby or any where for that matter. Beach is nice shows were alright once again no Spanish music.

Friendly, hard working, and helpful staff, access to everything in the village—restaurants, shows, games, etc., beautiful, warm pool, beach lounge chairs and pool lounge chairs for free, quick and plentiful train rides across the campus, nice scenery and views. Luxury and paradise rolled into one! Oh, and the food was like any other all-inclusive— meh. Be sure to make reservations for dinner 10 days in advance on the app. They get booked up fast! Also be sure to use cash with anyone who is not a reputable business. The people who walk the beach and sell items and experiences, for example. Money was stolen from us when we used Apple Pay for a massage bc we couldn’t calculate the exchange rate before she was able to pull off a scam and intentionally overcharge us by $60. None of that dampened the experience at Bahía Príncipe Ámbar. It was the best of all the Bahías in the area!

Beautiful ocean view, gorgeous adult only pool, food and amenities were excellent! Please visit and support the animal shelter near the resort!!! Beautiful pups available for adoption💕

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time going on vacation and never leaving the resort, and it exceeded my expectations. Everything about the property is 10/10. I especially want to mention the amazing staff because they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I also loved that the entertainment team put on great shows every night. I will most definitely be returning to this property in the future. I almost didn’t check out 😂 Let this be your sign to book this resort, you won’t be disappointed.

Pool was wonderful ….staff amazing….food was good

Great staff all around, I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and every visit is stellar. Shout out to Sherry #1 my housekeeper during my last stay.

Buffet was mediocre at best considering the price

Check in was smooth. Small wait but not an issue. This is a smaller resort which is perfect for us. Lots of amenities and activities . 3 A La Carte restaurants plus the all day buffet leaves you with plenty of choices . Nightly activities include name that tune, dating game, karaoke, beach volleyball , water balloon toss. Good experience 3.5/5

Restaurants overall had slow service. This is 100% a family resort. We went for our daughter’s senior spring break and there was very little for the girls to do. There was one dance club but you had to be 21 despite the drinking age being 18. Every space, every activity is for family’s with younger kids. There were kids everywhere!!!!! Check in is less than desirable
