The stay was okay, Our room didn’t strike me as “remodeled” considering rust stains on the bathroom mirror and our balcony door did not lock. Food was a hit or miss day to day and for an adult only location we thought entertainment would be more exciting and lasted past 11pm.

The cleaning staff is phenomenal and very attentive. There was always a towel figure left on the bed with a nice hand written note.

The bartenders staff are rude. They need to take more responsibility for cleanliness.

The staff at the Moon Palace was very helpful. The only thing about the Moon Palace is how hard they try to have you become a member, that's the only turn off.

I wish I could give this property a 5-star rating, but I can't. First, when we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by the staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. My issue was when I went to my room. It smelled like Mildew. I went back to the front desk and told them the problem, and they moved me to another room that smells the same but not as bad. However, the smell of mildew coming from the air conditioner vents was a complete turn-off. The third day, housekeeping cleaned my room. It smelled like a breath of fresh air. Now, let me tell you what I love the most. The entertainment was absolutely amazing, the pool parties and late-night shows 5 stars. The food was hit-or-miss, meaning. When the food was catered on the beach and in the sand, it was delicious. When they catered and grilled the food next to the pool, it was delicious, and breakfast was really good as well. Now the restaurants you have to make reservations for. We had reservations at the Italian restaurant and the lasagna and pizza were awful. The next night, we had reservations at Hunter's Steakhouse. I ordered a steak, and my husband did as well. We both said medium well. The steak taste like we were chewing rubber band. It was awful. Lastly, don't let them bother you into going to a presentation "timeshare" It a waste of time. They will say, "We can get you free massages or free romantic dinner on the beach for two. Tell them "NO." They are trying to sell you a timeshare.

I enjoyed everything from the room to the pool to the restaurant they had different activities everynight and what I like most was that the staff was very helpful and accommodating.shout out to the staff from the restaurant that served us that amazing breakfast and was there to make us if it’s even a small drink when the bar was either not open as yet or closed.and the staff at the bar was amazing too ❤️the staff at reef was what made both me and my families stay amazing.definitely recommend and will be coming back soon.
