Conveniently located and adequately kept. Love this property lots and I will return again. Great for kids and I saw so many cute dogs in the lobby so it is an ideal fit for anyone traveling solo or with their pack. 10/10 woofs. Staff was so friendly and helpful big shout out to Scharee at concierge, what a star she is!!!

Very nice hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Theres a shopping mall in front of the hotel where you can go eat and do some shopping. My kids love the pool! I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle free. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions, making it convenient to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Better beach area should be set, lot of rock

Close to the beach, shops and shuttle pickups for tours. I liked the refillable bottles and stations as I also brought my own refillable water bottles, however I wished they had more on other floors (as going down to the first floor can get very busy at times) as well as ice machines on every floor would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Drink machines were constantly broken. It smells like aulani and four seasons dump raw sewage into the ocean. After two days of strong smells when the wind blew, The lagoon was shut down by the dept. of health. We found the pipe coming out of the lava rocks on a stroll along the water, that has black sludge draining to the ocean. Guessing we found it. Hotel itself was overall ok. Not worth the asking price per night though.

The location is great! Our room had a view to Diamond Head that was amazing! The pool service was very good, and overall we had a very good experience!
