Staff were polite. Location was excellent. The bar was well priced and breakfast was good quality.
Only point to flag is the hotel gym does lack a lot of basic equipment so if your a serious gym goer you would be better finding a local gym

The location was great with shopping and dining near by. My room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good as well.
The con was that my toilet ran continuously all night disrupting my sleep.

We arrived just in time to join the rooftop celebration for New Years! This was an unexpected surprise. The views of the fireworks were spectacular! The hotel is beautifully classic with some modern touches. Our room was nice, not very ample, but cozy. The shower size will be an issue for larger people. It is very narrow. Our included breakfast was a great part of the day. The dining room is beautiful! Full breakfast with eggs, pastries, fruit, meats and cheeses, coffee and juices. Limited room service on certain days. Staff was courteous. Very nice stay in Trastevere.

Great location near the train terminal which is why I chose it. Hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Quiet room at night.
