Staff wasn’t as attentive and helpful. Was put in the 16th floor where construction was being done. The room wasn’t nice at all and old! We requested to be moved and they moved us to much nicer soon with beautiful views.

"The hotel is centrally located just 3 blocks away from Copacabana beach and everything one needs. I booked a luxury twin room with 2 twin beds.
