Beautiful experience, delicious food, clean rooms, but staff could be friendlier at the front desk

The staff were amazing. My original reservation did not meet my expectations and they were accommodating, allowing me to upgrade to an oceanfront suite which exceeded expectations. The location is great. Many things are within walking distance. I utilized the salon twice during my stay, they were just as wonderful. I originally stayed as part of a big group and the last few days as a solo traveler. Overall, extremely happy with my stay, I would stay here again.

Good location infront of the park

Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each room has a thermostat but it was locked so you were not allowed to turn it on or adjust the temperature. It had to be done at the box at the front desk Last point, the room was lovely but there was some black mold around the tap end of the shower. Not acceptable.

I waited nearly 25 minutes in the morning and still couldn t get my breakfast (breakfast is prepared on demand from a menu, no buffet). So I had to leave without eating as I was late. Hotel is really central. Perfect to explore the old tiwn with plenty of good restaurants around.

This is the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in a hotel. The location by the Iguaçu Falls and the property, service and good were impeccable

Amazing view, breathtaking for sure
