Room was not cleaned properly

The staff were really nice, attentive respectful. We had a great view wonderful the rooms were excellent comfortable beds. The place felt safe nothing weird the security was on point. The shampoo and soap you’re provided did suck a bit compared to many other places I have stayed at. But it’s okay . We did stay two nights and room service didn't stop by to clean or change sheets but not a deal breaker for us. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Place is a bit old but really value for money considering the location and what you get. The only downsides really is it could have been a touch cleaner andif you're handicapped this place really isnt for you as all the bedrooms are on the second floor but we'll likely stay here again

Amazing front desk staff- Alex was very attentive, patient, kind and welcoming!!!! The room was recently renovated but our sink in room 337 was not draining so we were offered another room and comp’d breakfast which was very nice. Pool area and lounge chairs, umbrella and bar all need an upgrade. Very dated and old- and there are birds everywhere so a lot of the chairs have bird poo - birds fly into the bar and hop around the counter and straws/drinks. There should be a fan or something installed to prevent birds from flying in and around the drinks. Location is great! Restaurants are ok- better to explore around! All in all, we had a great time! Thank you! We will come back again!

The café restaurant there seems to always be closed. But there are so many restaurant choices around it doesn’t even matter. We had a wonderful room with the kitchen. Staff was friendly, and anything I needed they gave me. Very good place to stay and I will definitely stay again. Close to everything. And I might say I never get the toll pass on my rental car because the location can be reached without having to go through tolls!

I stayed for my sister's 60th birthday celebration for the weekend. Upon checking in, my room was upgraded! Sweet!! My 2bd villa was awesome!! Very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The property had great amenities. Lots of pools, golf and fun activities for kids of all ages. The food at all of the restaurants I ate at was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like is that our group was spread out all over the property so in order to meet up, we had to either drive to each other or take property shuttle. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this resort.
