Everything was clean and orderly! Also staying at such a beautiful and historic hotel was fun! That said, there were two major issues: first is the room never cooling off despite the A/C being set to 60. It was always a little too hot, I recommend installing fans and triple checking rooms are cool before guest arrive. The second was the constant leak of water out of the bathroom tub faucet even though the water was off, it’s freaky constantly hearing that. Not huge issues but definitely should be fixed before another quests stays in that unit!

They still have single pane windows in such a beautiful hotel.

We contacted maintenance 3 times - twice for the sink not draining. Both times there was a temporary fix, but the problem still exists. The bathtub could not be used as the drain stop does not work. Maintenance was informed but no one ever showed up
