Hotel was clean and offered a welcoming greeting when checking in and even offered a gift and small discounts to local restaurant and attractions. However, elevator was out of service two days in a row from 20th floor causing us to have to use stairs instead! During checkout got the rudest front desk person I’ve ever met. Acted like she was bothered because she had to put her cell phone down to help us then picked it back up while checking us out! Completely different from our check in. Overall not certain if stay here again.

There’s no way to get ice except to get it delivered to your room. Only one cart available to take luggage to and from your room.

Nice hotel, a little dated. I really liked the location. Street car stop right out front, a couple of coffee shops nearby, and a small market (like a bodega) across the street

love the location and my room was very clean. The hotel has a very nice smell and great little bar area.

Location very good. Condition was ok the staff tried hard . They are cashless so getting change to tip staff was not available. Absolutely despised the destination fees and other little packs to increase cost.

Th check-in process was arduously and unnecessarily slow. The rugs in the lobby were filthy, stained and dreary. It really dampened the experience. We had a 1 bedroom and we loved the king bed, but my daughter had a terrible nights sleep on the pullout. Despite asking for it to be made up there was no padding and the thin mattress was painful and uncomfortable to sleep on. I appreciated the rooms were well sound proofed. My daughter and I strongly disliked the Diptyque scent of the shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion, they smelled like rancid almond oil. The lounge and bar food were very good, though service was unusually slow the few times we ate during non-standard hours.
