It was a clean hotel close to everything The staff was very helpful

The hotel was nice. My room was just like any other hotel room but I could see flaws here & there nothing big. The place is so big it seemed to take forever to get from the parking garage to my room. I did not realize that they charge you $25 per day ($10 credit for food & drinks, & $15 for laundry), who would use $15/day for laundry?? I also had to pay $50 per day for parking!! Why don't they put the $15 laundry credit toward parking? That would make it much better at least for me. I went for a conference & saw family some of the evenings so I didn't have a chance to check out the pool or all the amenities. It was really close to a lot of places like the Riverwalk, river cruise, the mall was very close.

This hotel has a great location, very nice amenities, excellent staff, and served its purpose for a group of friends going to New Orleans for a festival. Negatives would be housekeeping. The bathroom did not have shampoo at all that was missing from the wall and obviously missing despite being obvious that it was not on the wall. Body wash and conditioner were on the wall.We asked for towels and shampoo that never arrived.

No mini bar. Clean hotel and beautiful lobby. Room was a little old and smelled musty

It needs to be updated. I am tall and the toilets are so close to the floor. The carpet needs to be changed and a fridge should be in the room. And the furniture needs to be dusted and made sure that if someone has spilled on the nightstand, then make sure that is cleaned with a damp cloth and then shined. Otherwise, its in a good location and if you don't want to go far to eat, you can go to Mr. Ed's right next door. The doors are literally in the hotel lobby.

Beautiful room with the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern style. The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The Club Lounge was awesome with really good food and drinks. Overall, an excellent experience and definitely worth it!

Stayed for my birthday weekend celebration and had a great time! Clean, fabulous pool, friendly staff, and great breakfast in the morning. Will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was especially friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the experience even better. I would happily return in the future.
