Could be more up to date. Our room smelled like mildew

I love this hotel. I come get at least twice a year. My surprise when I checked in that it was no longer the Omni. The staff and hotel still matched my expectations. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the hallways didn't work very well.

The property was very unkept and great views. The staff all were kind and helpful. The mall inside the hotel made it superb.

I enjoyed my stay, I wanna give a big appreciation to the employee Eric he was very helpful and kind regardless of how often we questioned him or inquired about anything during our stay. He should definitely be view as a top notch employee of you guys Place of business.

Staff was nice, room service was good. I didn’t like the breakfast. There was a loud banging noise in the morning and the hotel is behind train tracks, it’s loud. Other than that it was good.

Very convenient right next-door to Bourbon Street and where everything is, a beautiful hotel and all staff are friendly and helpful

As a first time guest in New Orleans, this was exactly what i was hoping for. Very old Hotel but offering excellent service. Housekeeping does not frequent your room unless asked for, but the minute you ask, within seconds they were there to fix or offer whatever we needed. It was calm and quiet, but close enough to Burbon that we could still enjoy the "nightlife". I fell in love the minute we stepped foot on property and would recommend anyone looking for N.O. charm to book your stay here.
