First trip to Turks and Caicos for my husband and I, celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Picked Seven Stars based on great reviews. Requested a high floor with a jr suite ocean view & our room did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by reception staff, they took our luggage, gave us a welcome rum punch while we were checked in. We also received nice cold towels to cool off. Daily free breakfast buffet included. Food was great & so was the staff. We were greeted every morning by Chama, Ashley or Nelli. Seven Stars made you feel like a small family, with staff taking the time to get to know you, genuinely. We were waited on by Ricka, who was a doll. It was nice to chat with Lynn at the gift shop. Adrian at concierge was very helpful for booking an excursion or dinner at a restaurant. The beach was AMAZING, pristine beautiful clear. There were enough, palapas (umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach & pool. Two main pools; one for adults only, the other for kids & adults. One kids pool. The bar and restaurant in the pool area was great; Robel and Charles were great. Drinks great and refreshing.
The housekeeping staff was great.
