Staff was excellent and very helpful I wish there was more food selection for dinner but overall I had a great time

The property is a perfect size and family orientated. The location is close to the beach and accessible to other local hotels. The staff is great specifically Ruth, butler services, and Dayshera at the front desk. From the first day we arrived they were so helpful and kind. They made the trip extra special. I don't recommend visiting the onsite restaurant but checking out the other restaurants at Waymara and some of the local restaurants. I was disappointed that I didn't get my specific room request that I asked for before my arrival. I had hoped they would had adjusted my request during my stay but they didnt. We stayed in the VIP area and the rooms are modern and clean.

Property was amazingly maintained, beautiful and the staff were amazing. The location on the beach and proximity to town (shops, restaurants, cafes) was perfect. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Everything about the Royal West Indies was perfect. Staff very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. One suggestion would be to have a water station for the guests.

Property is amazing. It would just be better if they serve breakfast earlier or have more options. Also maybe do inclusive breakfast.
