The property was. Neat and tidy at a good price. I had to pay $20 per day extra for parking but it was worth it. The room was cleaned each day while I was exploring Hobart and surrounds.

Great location. We stay in 2 bed standing villa with bay views from the patio, had beautiful views of the bay. The furniture and property are good condition and as expected for the price we paid. Kid enjoyed the feeding the wallabies visiting us every night right at our door front of the backyard.

TV and some lights didn’t work. No raised platform area to place bag making room messy and untidy with open bags on the floor. No table for in room dining. Horrible red light outside. Room not cleaned despite a request to do so. No descent towel rack requiring fresh towels. Single use individual plastic shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. Horribly unsustainsble

"Was conveniently located and easy to get to everywhere I needed to go. Staff were friendly. Room was great. Parking was expensive and a little crowded some nights that didn't always allow you to park in their even though you're paying for it."

"The rooms are a bit dated, as are the buildings but best place to stay to visit Cradle Mountain with kids. Loved it all! We saw platypus and wombats right outside our room. The restaurant was fabulous and all the staff were very helpful."
