Awesome experience as always. This was my 4th time back. I do think the service has gone down hill since the last time I was here. The service was very slow but workers like Samuel at the La Nau, Araceli at the bistro, Jaime and Roberto at the 40 pool and Jose at the Chinese restaurant made are stay very pleasant. Will definitely be back!

The service was nice and attentive. The food was just ok and you had limited number of restaurants on property. We only had entertainment one night during our 7 day stay. I really didn’t feel that the butler service was worth it.

It was ok not great. Had to fight for a lounge chair , ocean could not be swam in. The food was mediocre at best. The restaurant you have to pay extra for was top notch. Drinks were watered down. Anything worth something you have to pay for. $37USD for a can spray sunscreen. Didn’t refill minibar had to call, turn down service was hit or miss.

Beautiful property, amazing top notch food and drink choices, loved the separate pools and step in pools off suites. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Entertainment was fun. Beds so so comfortable and clean. Incredibly relaxing and just an amazing experience.
